 Το Trustindex επαληθεύει ότι η αρχική πηγή της κριτικής είναι Google. Διάβαζα προηγούμενα σχόλια και θεωρούσα πως ήταν υπερβολικά. Τελικά διαπίστωσα πως είχαν δίκαιο.
Η επικοινωνία με το γραφείο ήταν πολύ καλή, ότι συμφωνήσαμε πραγματοποιήθηκε, το αυτοκίνητο ήταν σε πολύ καλή κατάσταση και καθαρό.
Στην επιστροφή στο αεροδρόμιο αφού παρέδωσα το αμάξι μας πήγαν μέχρι τις αναχωρήσεις για να μην κουβαλάμε τις βαλίτσες.
Σίγουρα θα είναι η πρώτη μου επιλογή σε μελλοντική ανάγκη για αυτοκίνητο.

Christoph contacted me on WhatsApp on the day the car was supposed to be dropped off at hotel ON, and informed me that some roads were being closed in town, so he paid for a taxi to take us to his office nearby where we picked up the car.  He was friendly, and spoke English and made the process easy!  The car was a bit older but it was well maintained and got us everywhere, even in mountain areas.   The drop off was confusing and caused us some anxiety, pictures of the drop off area and GPS link would have helped a lot because once in airport traffic things get confusing..

How much will I pay in total?

The price of your booking. For drivers aged 23–74, full insurance with zero excess is included in most car categories; where an excess applies, you see it from the start in your booking. Keys, tyres and rims are not covered. Drivers aged 21–22 and 75–84 rent without comprehensive insurance.

Will you block an amount on my card?

No. We do not ask for a deposit.

Where do I pick up the car?

At Thessaloniki Airport SKG (Parking 3), at our office at 38 Doirani Street, at your hotel, at the Chalkidiki bus station (KTEL) or anywhere in Thessaloniki.

When can I pick up or return the car?

Our office at 38 Doirani Street is open Monday–Saturday 08:00–14:30 and closed on Sunday. Vehicle deliveries and returns take place around the clock; outside office hours they are by appointment: free from 07:30 to 20:30, with a €25 night surcharge from 21:00 to 07:00.

How many kilometres are included?

150 km per day for bookings of up to 4 days. Bookings of more than 4 days have unlimited kilometres.

Can I cancel?

Yes, cancellation is free up to 21 days before pick-up.

How do I pay?

By debit card, credit card or cash.
